Cuyahoga County does everything possible to make sure children in our care find permanent, supportive homes before they turn 18 and "age out" of the foster care system.
But for young people who do age out, Cuyahoga County has assembled a network of programs and services to help ease the transition into adulthood.

Aspire Greater Cleveland is an Adult Education Program operated by the Cuyahoga County Public Library System.
Purple Umbrella Task Force
A multi-agency task force to provide stability and resources to young people transitioning from foster care to adulthood.
