2024 Process for New PSH Projects seeking Prioritization
The Office of Homeless Services will review and prioritize new projects requesting prioritization in the 2024 Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) tax credit process. To be considered, project sponsors must submit a completed new project concept proposal (attached) per the schedule below. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.
January 2, 2024 - New Project Concept Proposal due to OHS
January 18, 2023 – OHS presents prioritization recommendations to OHS Advisory Board
February 29, 2023 – OHFA Tax Credit Applications Due
